When will my order ship and how long does shipping take?

The processing time for your order depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is in stock, and when you place it. Please keep in mind, once an order is placed you can no longer cancel or modify it. If you wish to add an item to your order, you must proceed with placing a new one. If you wish to cancel your order, you must follow our standard return policy which can be found here.

Here’s what you can expect for shipping times once your order leaves our shop:

FedEx Ground 2-6 Business Days (Cannot ship to PO Boxes)
FedEx Express 2 Business Days (Cannot ship to PO Boxes)
USPS Priority 1-3 Business Day  

INTERNATIONAL (Rest of World)
 
FedEx Ground International  5-10 Business Days (Cannot ship to PO Boxes)
USPS Priority International 2-5 Business Days

International Delivery Times: Orders typically take 5-10 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take a bit longer depending on customs delays. 

Inspect and test fit of product 
We generally recommend to test fit your DirtBound Products prior to paint and finish, while we strive to produce products that are free of defects or fitments issues they may occasionally occur due to the vast year span of the vehicles we make parts for.  Should any fitment issues arise please contact us prior to painting or modifying the product as we can only repair or replace items that have not yet been customized by the customer. 

I chose expedited shipping, will it ship today?
In-stock orders are shipped Monday - Friday, orders received before our 2 pm CST will ship same day, any orders placed during the weekend or after our cut off will be shipped the next business day, which may add a few days to the estimated arrival. 

Will my order ship today?
In-stock orders are shipped Monday - Friday, orders received before our 2 pm CST will usually ship in 1-2 days, any orders placed during the weekend or after our cut off will be shipped the next business day, which may add a few days to the estimated arrival. 

When will my Back-Order ship? 
Backorder restock dates are usually updated on the product page, checkout page and on your shipping invoice sent via email after the order has been placed. If there are further delays, updates will be sent to those affected. Please note that back-orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis so the sooner you get the order in the sooner your order will ship. We offer no guarantees on when your order will ship but try our best to meet the published timeline.  


Can I split my Pre-Order or Back-Order to ship sooner? 
If you'd like, we can ship the in-stock items and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered item separately. Please contact us and request we ship the in-stock items now.   

*NOTE - Backorder dates are published as a sliding window. The date may change on our site for NEW orders. If you made an existing order, the date window you saw at the time of  ordering  still applies


Do you have any shipping guarantees?
We're so sorry, but we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by a specific date. When customers have a tight deadline, especially one that is coming soon, we always suggest that you order well in advance because we do not guarantee orders arrive by a certain date.


What does the term “business days” mean?
Business days means working days, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as a shipping day.
