How do I return or exchange my order?
We care about the way things are made and we love what we have created at DirtBound. We think you’ll love it too. However, we know things aren’t always meant to be.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, DirtBound Offroad will accept returns on any non-custom product for a refund of the original purchase price less shipping fees incurred as well as a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 14 days of date which the customer originally receives their products.
Parts that have been received by the customer and have been modified from the original design and/or conditions in any way are no longer eligible for return. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from Customer’s original receipt of their product, and all returns must be pre-arranged with an RMA prior to shipping them back any returns without an RMA, or shipped COD will be refused delivery and not credited. Any return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. All returns must be received in like-new condition, and with original packaging intact where items have been shipped in packaging in to be eligible for a refund.

How do I return my order?
To return your DirtBounditem please follow these steps:
- Contact DirtBound for an RMA number, this number must be on the outside of the box and is required to receive a refund.
- Place the item you are returning in its original packaging with all the additional components i.e. hardware...
- Include within the packaging either of the following: An order confirmation email from DirtBound, packing slip, your name and exact email address used to place your order or DirtBound order #.

How long does it take to process a return?
Our warehouse generally processes returns within 1-2 weeks after the return is received. Once our warehouse has received and processed your return, we will reach out to confirm your return is completed and issue a refund for the returned items.
What is your exchange policy?
As an e-commerce shop, we do not offer typical product exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures outlined above and place a new order for your preferred item(s). You can do this at your convenience—place an order now so it ships asap, or you can wait until after we've processed your refund.
*Please note that if you have purchased from Amazon or another 3rd party seller, you will need to first contact the vendor from which you purchased for all exchange and return inquiries. Unfortunately, we are not able to start that process until you have reached out directly to them.*
